The quickest way for you to obtain general Zoo information is via our website. Our call-center is staffed during Zoo operating hours and calls are answered in the order received. You may experience delays during peak times when calling (513) 281-4700.
Donation Requests? The Zoo has exceeded the allotment of complimentary tickets for the 2009 calendar year. We will begin accepting donation requests for 2010 tickets on February 1, 2010.
Due to the large volume of requests that we receive, please follow these guidelines when requesting that the Cincinnati Zoo support your program or activity (after 2/1/2010):
- Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Cincinnati Zoo, Attention: Donations Requests. 3400 Vine Street Cincinnati, OH 45220 with your request.
- Include a copy of your organization's 501(C)3 form if applicable.
- Allow 30 days for us to review your request and respond.
- The Zoo is unable to honor all requests for donations that we receive. We will review each request on an individual basis. Due to the large volume of requests a response cannot be sent to each requestor.
- The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden is a strong supporter with local community and childrens-based organizations. The Zoo provides thousands of complimentary tickets annually to these organizations.
The Zoo is unable to assist with sick or injured animals.
