WHITING SAFARI CAMP

Whiting Safari Camp is a collection of four open-air picnic shelters surrounded by trees and greenery. Shelters are strategically placed to allow for large corporate gatherings as well as smaller, more intimate group or family picnics. The space can accommodate up to 2,500 guests and is conveniently located near the playground and Carousel for Conservation.

TREETOPS

Treetops is a spacious indoor facility which can be rented for group outings, corporate meetings and similar functions. The building is tastefully decorated in neutrals to provide a versatile atmosphere which you can personalize for your private event. Treetops features a lovely view of the Oriental Garden area and provides access to the Koi Pond. This space is conveniently located near the entrance to the Zoo and can accommodate groups of 50 to 200.

SAFARI LODGE

Safari Lodge is a warm and rustic indoor facility. The building features a private deck and a stone fireplace. This space can accommodate groups 50 to 250 guests and is available for daytime and nighttime events. Safari Lodge is conveniently located close to Whiting Safari Camp.

FRISCH’S THEATER

Frisch’s Theater offers a warm atmosphere that features a built-in stage and 10 break-out rooms. This space is ideal for company outings, seminars, and awards banquets. The Frisch’s Theater is conveniently located around the corner from P&G Discovery Forest and can accommodate 50-200 guests.

P&G DISCOVERY FOREST

P&G Discovery Forest offers a great location for your next cocktail party. The exotic rainforest offers a truly unique setting for your event. The 4,500 square foot atrium houses tropical plants, exotic birds, and beautiful greenery for your guests to enjoy. The Discovery Forest is conveniently located around the corner from Frisch’s Theater and can accommodate 50-300 guests.

CREW PLAZA

CREW Plaza is a spacious outdoor area surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens which offer a peaceful atmosphere. The Plaza is located adjacent to the Linder Center for Conservation & Research of Endangered Wildlife in which private tours can be requested. This space is available in the evenings after 6pm and can accommodate 50-200 guests.

GIRAFFE RIDGE

Giraffe Ridge offers the opportunity to spend time eye-to-eye with the world’s tallest animals. The beautiful 27,000 square foot deck can accommodate 50-175 guests. Giraffe Ridge is available in the evenings and provides guests with the opportunity to hand feed the giraffes a snack of their own.

SEAL FALLS DECK

Seal Falls Deck offers a pool-side experience perfect for an evening of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Your guests will enjoy a great evening overlooking crystalline waters of the Zoo’s sea lion habitat. The Deck is available in the evenings and can accommodate 50-75 guests.

WINGS OF WONDER AMPHITHEATER

The Wings of Wonder Amphitheater is a vast outdoor theater with a focus on the stage. This area is ideal for performances or group presentations, including concerts, motivational speakers, award ceremonies, and training sessions. The Amphitheater can house anywhere from 100 to 1,100 guests and is available during the daytime based on the show schedule and in the evenings.

MANATEE SPRINGS

Manatee Springs invites your guests to a tranquil underwater world. The indoor aquarium offers a serene, sophisticated environment ideal for cocktail parties and intimate dinners. Your guests will be captivated by the Florida wildlife including manatees, alligators, and various fish. Manatee Springs is available in the evenings for parties of 75-250.

ELEPHANT RESERVE

Elephant Reserve allows your guests to spend time with the Zoo’s most popular animal. The site features two cobblestone paved, open air shelters with access in the evenings. Whether watching the elephants take a bath or roam the grounds, Elephant Reserve is perfect for cocktails and appetizers with parties of 50-500.

4-D THEATER

The 4-D Theater offers you the opportunity to plan a stimulating event. Your guests can enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and beverages followed by a private viewing of a 4-D movie. Experience digital 3-D visual effects coupled with 4-D environmental effects, such as wind, scents, and other amazing surprises. The 4-D theater is available in the evenings for parties of 50-150.
